Hypnosis and hypnotherapy – a gentle therapy method, that speaks to the sub-conscious and creates new thought patterns in a way that isn’t intrusive. It is healing and has been proven to provide comfort and aid recovery from anxiety and difficulties.
I provide a safe, non-judgemental space to allow clients the opportunity to explore whatever they are experiencing and need to work through during their sessions with me.
I offer sessions face to face in my therapy room, but also am very experienced with online counselling mediums such as FaceTime, Zoom and Skype, meaning sessions can be held in the convenience of your own home, and even when it may be more difficult to get out. Over the phone is also an option, and research has shown both of these methods are as effective as face to face contact.
